CLCT (Cross Legged Ceramic Table)
The CLCT and the SLCT is the next step in my ongoing research in making large ceramic objects, resulting in two tables. It evolved from the “Scraped Earth” project. This time in a more complex shape, different function and material finish while maintaining the same formal language. They have a sponged finish giving them highly tactile qualities. With these tables I am showing ceramics in a new context and am challenging the limits of the material.
